Checklist

• Walk the house and look for anything that could be broken, stained, ripped, soiled.. basically any damage of any kind. Note down any damage by taking photos and sending them to Steve Kim via WhatsApp or Email
• Gather all bathroom linen (bath towels, hand towels, etc) and put them in the washing machine. If any white linens have bad stains, you can soak them for a few minutes in a bucket with half hot water, half bleach. The stains should come off.
• Only wash whites with white and colors with colors. Often white laundry might use bleach and you do NOT want bleach on colored clothes!
• Grab all dirty bed linens (pillow cases, flat sheet, fitted sheet) and put them in the laundry room. If comforter (blanket) looks stained or dirty, put it in the laundry room as well. We only wash the mattress padding/protector if it looks dirty or stained.
• WHILE LAUNDRY IS RUNNING…
• Grab glass cleaner and wipe clean all glass surfaces.  Start downstairs and work on all windows (front and back), tv screens, and mirrors. Be sure to clean the shower glass thoroughly. Do upstairs as well
• Wipe kitchen and bathroom counters.  Then wipe clean toilet and surrounding areas.
• CHECK LAUNDRY. BE SURE TO FOLD AND PUT AWAY TOWELS.  PUT ON NEW PILLOW CASES AND SHEETS ON ANY MATTRESSES THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY USED.
• Wipe any dust on any surfaces that are visibly dirty
• Sweep floor and then vacuum carpets
• Make sure bathroom has new toiletries: soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, sunscreen
• Turn event space TV on to a channel that has animals or beautiful landscapes and relaxing music
• Turn temperature upstairs and downstairs to 78 degrees
• Turn on ICE MAKER in kitchen
• Be sure to pull the window coverings up on the windows so the pool and backyard is visible
• Be sure every bathroom has two bath towels, two small towels and two hand towels.
• Make sure all garbage cans are empty
• Fill up humidifier and turn on
• Turn on air purifier on level 2 and set timer for 2 hours
• Make sure door to garage is locked
• Make sure there is enough toilet paper and paper towels
• Place 12 plastic bottles of water in the fridge
• Place note “thank you for being our guest!” inside fridge
