Today we’re gonna talk specifically about vacation rental homes. This includes Airbnb and VRBO‘s and any resident that could be written out. We’re only including homes and not apartments or multifamily units.
And we’re gonna focus specifically on throwing events such as parties. It’s not easy to find a rental home that you can throw a party in. Airbnb has outlawed house parties to the point that it’s written in the rules now. So if you and three friends rent a home then most likely you’re not able to invite guests and have a party of any type, unless you have some special prior approval. Most home rental owners don’t want people throwing parties because they often leave a mess. It can cause damage or theft.
But what about the good renters who are considered respectful and we not give the owner such grief? There are a beautiful homes for rent, and they should be available for parties as long as the people do not present any problems, such as making too much noise or causing Any incidents with neighbors. Anyone can party in any house at any time, but the owner does not want any problems. It’s a simple as that. As long as the renters can come and go, and there is nothing but light dirt to clean afterwards that it’s no problem. But if a renter comes in and damages the property, then that is an issue. Or if the renter caused any problems that require the police to come to the place and issue warnings or fines, or worse than that is it even bigger problem.
So if you’re a good renter who is worthy and deserving of a nice place to rent and how do you find such a place? That is the hard question that everyone asks and often it’s very hard to find that type of Airbnb. Most vacation rentals are been for families and they will never advertise that they are party friendly. A party friendly place is difficult, but that is what I am writing about today. I want to let you know how to find the best place to rent that will treat you right and give you a great time and you will not be treated like all the shitty renters out there. Lotta shitty renters have made it hard for you to find such a great place but I will make it easy for you instead.
When looking for a place, there are a few factors to consider. Number one is location. You do not want to be far from the strip. That’s where the action is. Any rental should be at the furthest maybe 10 minutes away. This way you do not feel like you are traveling far back-and-forth for the trip to the home. In fact, if you take a Uber from medley Bay to the Strat, then you will have to wait about 20 minutes, so a rental property close to the middle of the strip is preferred because you will be the same distance as a hotel.
Second factor is privacy. You don’t want to rental where the neighbors can easily look and see what you’re doing. Any property should have sufficient walls and fencing and trees and bushes to provide some privacy and discretion.
Third factor is the amenities. In Las Vegas that is often the number one thing is the swimming pool. And besides swimming pool you want Jacuzzi because that is so relaxing. So combination is preferred. After that you want a nice place to sit back and relax so outdoor seating and tables with shade is critical. The best thing about Las Vegas is that nice warm outside environment but you want a beautiful beautiful place to enjoy it in and not just some boring patio with concrete and brick and Desert landscaping.
Another factor is how nice the house is on the inside. If you’re throwing Party to impress checks inside, the house has got to look nice and cool and sexy and cozy and classy and high. You don’t want a cheap kitchen or bathroom unimpressed any of the ladies or even Ben.
In the bedroom should have enough room to relax in without being too small in the master bedroom should definitely stand out and look very nice with plenty of space and a very nice bathroom and big closet and a fireplace is even more awesome if it’s in the bedroom.
Another factor is the view. Looking outside the window or from the backyard do you want to see beautiful things. I want to relax and not see a dirty building or a neighbor. That’s got a lot of junk in the yard or just people in the neighborhood looking like they’re on drugs lol.
Another factor is parking. You don’t want to rent a place with poor parking. Otherwise you may be fighting and arguing over parking spots if you decided to invite friends over. So streets with parking for up to 10 people is great or at least a place to park from the distance and walk or even take an Uber if necessary .
Another factor is pet friendliness. If you have a pet of any kind especially a dog and it’s critical to find Airbnb that’s a comedy before that. Rental that has an outside dog run where pets can play dedicated locked up so people can’t get into dogs can’t get out as preferred. Also in the hot weather if the outdoor dog house has some fans or air-conditioning in it and that is gonna keep the animal safe.
Last factor is furnishing and it’s nice to have quality bedroom furnishings and even fun things such as foosball table or a pool table so you can relax and play some games with friends. Big screen TV is to watch movies is also nice and of course Internet and Wi-Fi to tie everything in together.
Noe I ’m talking about the difference between a vacation home rental, and a Las Vegas hotel room for rent. What are the differences you may ask? Here are some differences.
You have complete privacy in your vacation, rental home. And the Las Vegas hotel room you’re subject to many rules and regulations and restrictions. Staff and Maids will have access to your room and prohibit certain things from happening, most often the consumption of drugs or tobacco or marijuana. There is no outdoor place to smoke so hotel room in Las Vegas. You cannot smoke at all whatsoever and you would have to go all the way to the casino floor and then walk all the way to the exit just to go out to have a puff and you cannot smoke weed in public only cigarettes.
If you have a party in your hotel room, you have to be very careful about the sound because you cannot make too much noise. You’re not allowed to laugh loudly or scream, or play loud music, and so forth as we complain and hotel security will come and either warn you or kick you out and keep your money while you’re at it and you have no place to stay that sucks. Vacation rental can make as much as you want within indoors and outdoors before it gets dark. Rental privacy, and the maids will come to clean the place. We’re not care about how you party as long as you don’t leave too much filth or doing anything that is obscene or too disgusting
How your private pool is amazing because it is clean and it is dedicated for just you and you can go in naked whatever you want. You’re showing with the public. It is often wide-open and you can hope that’s clean but thousands of gusts in that water plenty of chances for dirt and viruses bacteria to get you. Not to mention you cannot get naked unless you’re in a specific topless pool, which is topless but not bottomless. Also, you cannot bring your own food and drinks to the pool so you have to purchase them and it is extremely expensive to buy food and drinks at the pool and any hotel in Las Vegas. And you have to listen to whatever music they play as you’re not allowed to bring in speakers and play your own music so you are limited by that. And if you want to bring guests to the pool, they have to be staying at the hotel or they have to pay some money for admission. The only thing positive about going to a hotel swimming pool you might meet some people in case you’re looking to make friends but hot girls aren’t guaranteed at the Pools unless you go to the pool party but you have to pay quite a bit of money again that is not the same as the privacy of your own pool party at your own place own place
You could go to a pool party like Republic for example and see some hot girls but you gotta spend a lot of money and there’s no guarantee that these girls are gonna like you I want to party with you. Often the hottest girls in the pool party have guys already or there with groups of people can be hard to break into. Only if you spent a lot of money on a cabana, will you have a chance and that means you just spent a few thousand dollars just to have a place to invite Girls to. They still may not come back to your cabana. And you only have so much time to cabana before you have to leave. So it is easy to spend 1000 $5000 to pool party and maybe a couple girls come by and hang out for a moment but that’s it. Otherwise it’s pretty extreme waste of money in terms of trying to find six. You’d be better off just girls in the bar for free. But let’s go to the bar and beat some girls for free. What’s more impressive going into a small hotel room with your bed in the way and lots of clothes everywhere looks like a mess like a pity house or take an Uber down the street to a beautiful mini resort with its own private pool private party place private exclusive, beautiful Would be more impressed and also feel safe? Being crammed the hotel room seems a little scary, especially a bed away but to relax and do anything else
Most people that stay at a hotel barely use a hotel for what it is. Most often they just spend the night there and when they wake up, they might go eat inside the hotel or use the pool but often they will take Ubers or cabs to other hotels to enjoy food or shopping or shows or clubs. So again you can stay at a hotel, but that doesn’t mean you’ll be enjoying everything inside the hotel. It’s so easy to Uber around then you’ll spend a lot of money and nice hotel room just to sleep there a few hours a day and that’s it. Use that money to get you the best place possible that distance wise is no further than any hotel down the street. So it makes no difference traveling wise but you’ll end up sleeping in the most beautiful uncomfortable and sexy and cool environment possible
Cannot take pets into Las Vegas hotel. He simply did not allow it. So if you have a dog I want a place for it to relax it’s not gonna be relaxing in a hotel room but you’ll have to pay extra to board it at some dog hotel or something and that’s further away that’s gonna be expensive and time consuming to manage when you could have your best friend Best Friend next to you in the house that has combinations for pets. That’s a dedicated dog house or a pet is so critical if you have any animals at all.
It’s easy to save money when you can go to the grocery store down the street and get back to your vacation to buy any food inside the hotel. The hotel is pretty expensive especially for the gift shop they charge 5 to 10 times retail price of neighborhood grocery store.
You can walk to CVS but that’s a long walk from hotels or a long time because prices will be higher than any store off the strip
Extremely cheap that it’s the cheapest at the grocery store near the vacation rental house but it’s extremely extremely expensive at the Las Vegas hotel especially the bar and gift shop. I don’t talk about room service because that is the biggest rip off the planet.
Vacation rentals will come with supplies for you and and your friends, including food and drinks and snacks and that will save you a lot of time and money as well
It’s not easy to watch what you wanna watch in hotels and offer to pay for expensive pay-per-view, and so forth. And a home rental you have access to all the channels from the smart TV and can access Netflix and Amazon, prime, and HBO and Paramount and Peacock, etc.. and you can also cast from your phone and watch any programming that you have. So no restrictions and no expenses when using a smart TV with Internet at a vacation rental.
People need your hotel room key card in order to go to your room and so not everyone can just go there. The vacation rental anyone can park and walk up to the door and knock and come in.
Going places takes a long time because the hotel room to the Uber pick up is often a very long distance to walk and you often have to wait in line with lots of people in order to grab an Uber or a cab. It is a long process and could be very time-consuming and tedious and annoying when it’s very bad weather outside. It’s super hot outside. The last thing you wanna do is be waiting outside for long time to get a ride and girls hate that because your makeup will melt off. In a vacation house you can sit inside the place and relax with air-conditioning and watch TV until the Uber arrives and then walk outside and jump in the car.
You can’t have a party in a hotel room you have to rent out a big enough Suite, which can cost thousand dollars depending where you go. The CASE of home rentals are huge and com com up to 25 to 50 people for less than the price of one suite so it’s more economical to use a vacation home
It’s also very easy to have anything delivered to your vacation home. Food or supplies or Entertainment or Anything can come directly to your door while with the hotel there are restrictions and limitations especially with security and room keys required.
Hotels, do not like poker parties in the rooms and will sometimes stop people from doing so. And your private vacation rental. You can have poker parties all you want and the winnings can go to your friends and the sexy topless car dealer you booked versus the grumpy old guy at the poker room And the random people that you can care less about
Sometimes people think it’s more convenient to stay at a hotel because they want to get totally shitfaced and plastered and they want to be able to walk back to the room from the nightclub or wherever they’re staying at. Well, it’s the same thing when staying at vacation rental. You’re just walking outside and grabbing an Uber. Either way the time to get to your room is going to be about the same because even if you Are leaving the club and want to go back to your hotel room, you have to get a Uber to take it to the hotel, and then you have to walk through the entire hotel walk go through security and then go to elevator and then go to the room and then there you are. Rental you Uber to your home you walk in and you’re good to go you’re not walking Harley at all. Saves you a lot of energy so you can save that for having fun.
Shopping off the strip is cheaper and better than on the strip so I have an access to malls nearby is preferable than being stuck shopping at the shopping section of hotel, which always has the most overpriced stuff you could possibly imagine
And if you really wanna get the best sleep, then a hotel room is not guaranteed because other people partying so you may be tired but unfortunately the baby is crying next-door or people partying above you and walking around a lot or the guy next to you is playing the TV loud there’s all kinds of ways to be kept up even with construction noises outside the window or pool parties outside the window with their loud noise you’re not guaranteeing any peace And good sleep. Vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood. Guaranteed perfect beautiful Sleep and you can open the windows for fresh air and relax and hear the birds chirp, but the windows do not open in most hotels. Unless you get the wrap around Suite, which cost a lot of money.
Vacation rentals often have nicer furnishings and beds that have not been used as much. Hotel rooms can use by people on the daily basis so a lot more germs and dirt can come in. Vacation rentals are rented a lot less frequently so let’s chat tons of dirt bugs, come in for people from all over.
The bottom line is if you need some chicks and wanna impress them and have a great time then you can only do so much a hotel room but you can do tend to 100 times more things and a private vacation rental home. It is just that much better for impressing and having a great time and having an ultimate amazing experience.
